Why is it that babies know when the camera is on and then do the opposite of what you want them to do? Oh well, perhaps I'll have better luck "capturing the moment" next time.

AWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO cute - even if he isn't giving us a belly laugh. I love those sweet little baby sounds. I also love your smothered giggle. You can just hear the delight you have in your little Eli in your voice through just that little giggle.
Amy Beth is the same way though. We find something to make her laugh, and she's tired of it by the time we get the camera out, and the same thing will never make her laugh twice.
Awe. He's so cute even if he is crying instead of laughing. :)
That is so true! Samuel always clams up as soon as the camera comes out - they are just way too smart!
Well that still made me laugh ;). The patting on the stomach is funny!
I love it! He is is so cute no matter what he is doing.
Alyssa is two and she still won't perform for a camera or for an audience. Kids will be kids.
Good grief... you have a ton of readers. I think it's because you were a cheerleader :).
I am so excited for you guys! Laughing is definitely the best of the early milestones. He did an excellent job not giving in for the camera, but I'm sure that it was a beautiful little laugh. I hope to hear it some day soon.
Well he is still adorable even if isn't laughing. Maybe next time he will laugh.
