I'm up (gasp!) .4 lb. Boo :(. Let the reproachful comments begin.
I'll spare you all of my pitiful excuses. And, I'm going to hurry up and post something else so maybe not as many people will see this shameful post. Ha! :)

dont be too down on yourself...at least it wasnt a whole pound!
If it makes you feel any better. I've gained almost 10 lbs this month b/c the docs have given me steroids the 3 of the 4 times I went to the dr. AHHH. At least he didn't give me anymore today. I'm going to have to start to work off the weight once I get well. Who knows when that will be. I've been sick for a month.
